This handbill advertises the opening night of the Fillmore East on March 8th  featuring Big Brother along with Tim Buckley and Albert King. Collectors regard this to be a Janis Joplin issue, because her image is front & center in the picture and she was definitely the “star of the show” by 1968. Notice that the band photo was taken by Linda Eastman, the future wife of Beatle Paul McCartney. Handbills are hot! Read our blog dated 5/18/18 to learn more.
